<description>• Indie Blockbuster? &quot; The Stuart House Recordings” Ultra-Creepy Viral Marketing Campaign

By Jeffey Rubins

A movie that is building a buzz is “The Stuart House Recordings”. It&#039;s an unholy hybrid of Asian supernatural meeting Lovecraftian horror. The movie’s marketing campaign is a fascinating blend of Western and Asian influences.

I have uncovered the fact that “The Stuart House Recordings” is planned to be the first of a 3 movie series.

The beauty of “The Stuart House Recordings” is that, before the movie has even gotten out the door, the creators have built a dark universe for you to explore.

I have yet to dig out all the material that has been seeded across the internet, black magic, human sacrifices and a host of strange characters are all lurking out there. A complex story background has been built for the audience to pardon the phrase “Sink their teeth into”. The fun thing is not alot has been revealed about what the movie itself is about.

Not only that, but new material keeps getting posted by other “Investigators”. Giving people an ongoing opportunity to keep learning more and even interact with characters in the movie.

I had ongoing correspondence with the editor of the film production till he was ritually murdered in Russia. That really tends to creep you out, for a while, I actually wasn’t sure if that was real or not.

The effect is giving “The Stuart House Recordings” a unique, cryptic brand of spookiness that lingers with you after you leave the sites and leaves you anticipating the release of the movie in Fall 2011.
